As part of the growing subscriber loyalty programme for The Sun, Stretch were contracted to manage the ticketing and customer experience for a special free preview of Harry Hill’s new musical I Can’t Sing – The X-Factor Musical. Drawing on experience from numerous shows, screenings and customer events, we created an RSVP ticketing portal to allow customers to reserve tickets then to RSVP themselves and their guest within a designated time limit. Tickets not RSVPd were released back to be rebooked and the process repeated until the tickets were all allocated and confirmed. Physical tickets were then sent out to all 2000 ticket holders. Cancellations were managed through an automated cancel and release function while mobility requirements were handled manually to ensure all guests had a hassle free premium experience from start to finish.
